ITF Hire specialises in fences, hoardings and portable toilets for the event and construction industries. Cana’s relationship with ITF Hire began with the construction of the company’s original offices and warehouse and more recently the construction of a sewer transfer station, the first in it’s class. Although a rapidly expanding company, the original project had a tight budget and an unusual challenge.

Working with the client to bring their dream to life, Cana designed and constructed an office in Pendle Hill (800m2), company headquarters in Girraween (2400m2) plus the sewage treatment plant. This is purpose-built, the only one of its type in Australia. Cana’s designers and construction team worked with Sydney Water, ITF staff, local council and private certifiers to complete the plant and make sure it’s operation be as efficiently and safely as possible.
